Molly is back from her travels around Asia!
Molly’s love and passion for animals arose from an upbringing in a heavily pet-orientated family. From first sitting on a pony at the age of 2, to witnessing veterinary practice by both parents and grandparents, Molly has always been drawn towards working with furry, feathery or scaley friends. Along side school, Molly enjoyed working Saturdays at a veterinary practice, helping in both large and small animal departments.
Read MoreOne of Molly’s most fulfilling hobbies is hand-rearing abandoned baby animals including hares, pigeons, doves, rooks, squirrels, mice, and most recently 2 day old kittens who have grown into beautiful adult cats. Some people call Molly a crazy cat lady – perhaps because she has 9 of them at home!
Molly spent three years in Nottingham studying psychology, where she was most often found in the indie club or one of the many pub gardens. After enjoying student life to the max., Molly returned back to Suffolk to pursue a career in animal care as a veterinary care assistant (VCA) at CMW vets. Molly is looking forward to meeting new people, and caring for their pets as she would like hers cared for (lots of cuddles and treats).
Aside from animal care, Molly spends her free time reading a good book, eating out, and socialising with friends. She also enjoys travelling, and hopes to backpack around South-east Asia in 2024.

Read MoreShe is married to Martin, and you will find her either walking her chocolate labrador Dylan, or looking after her four horses. She is at her happiest when doing something outside with one of her animals! Gemma is lucky enough to own a Suffolk Punch mare who she shows at county level, taking her out and about to help promote this wonderful breed. Her dream is, one day, to breed a Suffolk foal.
Sophie’s love for animals developed at a young age when she watched nature and veterinary documentaries; it has since expanded and lead her to attending Bangor University where she completed a degree in zoology with herpetology. Since graduating, she has pursued a veterinary career to expand her animal knowledge and understanding.
Read MoreIn her spare time, Sophie keeps and maintains Rainbow Boas and loves researching into reptilian husbandry and conservation genetics, always checking if there is a way to implement their natural ecology into captive environments. When it’s sunny, you can find Sophie at a local beer garden with friends or planning her next weekend away. Sophie is excited to start her new career and can’t wait to soak up new experiences.
